JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Date : 10.12.2025 This is an application filed alleging willful and deliberate violation to the order passed by this Court dated 14.12.2023 in WP(C) No.6054/2022. 2. This Court has duly taken note of the affidavit so filed by the Respondent No.1 and more particularly the contents of paragraph Nos. 6 and 7 and Annexures 1 and 2 enclosed to the said affidavit. 3. From a perusal of the said affidavit, it therefore appears that the Respondent Authorities have taken due steps for compliance and have also acted in compliance with the order passed by this Court. 4. Considering the above, this Court therefore drops the instant contempt proceedings. 5. The dropping of the instant contempt application however shall not prejudice the claim of the Petitioners which is put in the chronological list enclosed as Annexure-2 to the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the Respondent No.1.
