GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above writ petition has been filed to declare the inaction of respondent No.3 in paying the final bill amount of Rs.8,74,594/- for the work done i.e. Construction of compound wall (balance work) for proposed NIT (Sourth & South-West Corner) & (Sourth East corner) at Tadepalligudem (V&M), West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. Sri Radha Krishna, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 3 to 6, on instructions of respondent No.6, would submit that there is no dispute regarding the petitioner’s entitlement. However, he would submit that Rs.8,74,594/- is the gross amount, and the petitioner will be paid the net amount after statutory deductions. He would also submit that the amount will be paid within three months. 4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondents 3 to 6 to pay the amount payable to the petitioner concerning the aforementioned work, within three (03) months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. No order as to costs.
