The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sahibganj (M) P.S. Case No.98 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 195(1), 115(2), 117(2), 126(2), 127(2), 112(2), 121(1), 186, 132, 221, 224, 351(2), 352 and 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that one Pappu Yadav has been assaulted by the police and that was being protested by the villagers and the allegations are made that 70 to 80 persons were assembled on the spot and the FIR has been registered and 21 persons are named in the FIR and for others it is unknown. He further submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. He submits that co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 4415 of 2025 and petitioners have no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 14 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of entering into scuffle with the police. ( 2025:JHHC:27313 ) 5. Considering that about 80 persons were present on the spot and the allegations are general and omnibus against the petitioners, protest was going on due to high handedness of police, co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 4415 of 2025 and petitioners have no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 14 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj in connection with Sahibganj (M) P.S. Case No.98 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
