The present petition has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to allow the application by making an order to quash the Crime No. 90 of 2022 dated 21.10.2022 & quash the entire criminal proceeding pending before CJM, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) as Crime No. 90 of 2022 and discharge from the case to the applicant.” 3. Learned State counsel submits that the as per the status report of Criminal Case No. 1805 of 2022, the applicant along with other co- accused, namely, Taran Das Dhidhi have already been acquitted by the learned trial Court vide judgment dated 09.05.2025, and therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. 4.
