GP FOR HOME 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS declaring in action of the 2nd Respondent not taking any action against the 4th Respondent on the report datd 17-9-2020 given by the petitoner as the 4th Respondent misbehaved in an ill-legal, irregular manner against the petitioner and others on 14-09-2020 by violating their fundamental rights under Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to take action against the 4th Respondent as per law and pass...” 2. Heard Sri P.Ranga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is seeking a direction to the police to consider her representation dated 17.09.2020. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that he cannot get instructions in this matter, since the petitioner has submitted the representation during the COVID, which is not available. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. In that view, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the police. There shall be no order as to costs.
