Ms. Manisha Kumari, Advocate, vice Mr. Navlesh Verma, Advocate, for the respondents No. 2 and 3/applicants. CMP NO. 22563 of 2025 Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings. The applicants/respondents No. 2 and 3 in the case at hand were minors during the pendency of the proceedings before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sundernagar, District Mandi, H.P. and at the time of filing of the present appeal. In the aforesaid facts and attending circumstances, they were being represented by a Court guardian. From a perusal of the school certificates and Aadhar Cards appended along with the present application, it is evident that both the applicants have attained the age of majority. The application is duly supported by affidavits of both the applicants. In view thereof, the present application is allowed and applicants/respondents No. 2 & 3 are permitted to pursue the present litigation in their own right. The Court guardian is discharged from acting in furtherance of the present applicants in the present proceedings. Amended memo be filed within two weeks. Application stands disposed of.
