An application bearing Cr.MO No. 3926 of 2025 for placing on record the receipt of 15% of the cheque amount pursuant to the order dated 03.09.2025 has been filed, which is allowed as not opposed. The receipt shows that 15% of the cheque amount stands deposited on 03.09.2025. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes 2 3. Learned counsel for the parties submitted that no money has been deposited before the learned Trial Court, learned Appellate Court or this Court. In view of the statement, no order is required to be passed regarding the disbursal of the amount. 4. Since the matter has been compromised between the parties; therefore, the, present petition is allowed and order dated 10.05.2024, passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla, as affirmed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kinnaur at Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla (HP) vide order dated 07.01.2025, are ordered to be set aside. 5.
