It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the outstanding dues are required to be adequately secured. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has failed to make payment in terms of the loan agreement dated 22nd August, 2024. She further submits that adequate security deposit is required to be furnished and in that regard she prays for an order of attachment of the respondent’s bank account as detailed in Annexure ‘E’ to the petition. In view of the default committed by the respondent and in terms of the loan agreement dated 22nd August, 2024, the bank account of the 2 respondent as mentioned in Annexure ‘E’ to the petition is attached to the extent of Rs.23,58,153.98. The respondent is directed to maintain the said amount in the bank account as mentioned in Annexure ‘E’ to the petition. In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps for the constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal. A copy of this order shall be communicated to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Distt Jaipur 303301 Rajasthan Branch. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of.
