1. The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned orders dated 10.12.2019 (ANNEXURE P/1) and further be pleased to direct the respondents to allow the board of directors of petitioner Seva Sahkari Samiti, Baghamuda, to be reinstated as office bearers of petitioner society, in accordance with law, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State to take action against the respondent Dinesh Chandrakar, respondent Society Manager and other responsible authorities for financial loss of Rs.2738679.31/- in accordance with law. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as if may deem fit and appropriate. Cost of the petition may also be given.”
2. At the very outset, Ms. Harleen Kaur, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that by efflux of time, the present petition has become infructuous, therefore, this petition may be dismissed being rendered infructuous. 3. No objection from other side. 4.
