Baldeo, District Mathura. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to them in law. 4. Prayer aforesaid is allowed. 5. Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
