Learned counsel appearing for the State is present. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No.159 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chatra. 3. It transpires that the petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in ABA No.3574 of 2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 07.07.2025 and now the fresh ABA has been filed. It further appears that by order dated 11.11.2024 one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in ABA No.6313 of 2024, however, that ground was already there as the said bail was granted on 11.11.2024 whereas the petitioner has withdrawn the ABA No.3574 of 2025 on 07.07.2025. 4.
