Respondents ORDER As directed by this Court, the applicant has effected Substituted Service on the respondents by effecting paper publication. The paper publication has been enclosed along with the affidavit of service. The names of the respondents are also printed in the cause list today. Despite effecting substituted service, the respondents have chosen not to enter appearance in this application. Hence, they are set exparte by this Court. 2.In this application, a direction was issued to the respondents to furnish security to the extent of Rs.1,27,14,627/- within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order dated 01.04.2025.
