PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER : Heard learned counsel for the petitioner / accused No.1 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent-State. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working at Delhi. He has to attend the trial Court every time at Palakole, West Godavari District. The petition may be disposed of dispensing the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 3 4. Considering the submissions made, since the petitioner is working at Delhi, it is difficult for him to attend the Court at Palakole for every time. Needless to say that the presence of the party is not necessary for every adjournment before the trial Court, unless his presence is specifically required. 5. In that view, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, dispensing the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court for every adjournment, unless his presence is specifically directed by the trial Court.
