By this petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Page No.# 2/3 Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Tajibul Islam, has prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Bongaigaon P.S. Case No. 103/2025 under Section 108 of BNS, 2023. 3. The present petitioner was granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 07.08.2025. Pursuant to which the petitioner is stated to have been appeared before the I/O and record his statement. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of four accused persons named in the FIR have already granted bail. 5. The case diary has been received. Perused the flag portion indicated by the prosecution. 6. The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the narration at page 4 of the bail petition indicated and alternative possibility regarding the allegation. The statements lend some supports to the alternative possibility. 7. Investigation is also appears to have been reasonably progressed. In the given situation, keeping in mind the various aspects, I deem it fit to confirm the interim bail. Accordingly, the interim protection vide dated 07.08.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions – that the petitioner shall be available for trial, if one commences; and that the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 8.
