The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with A.C.B. Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 corresponding to Special Vigilance Case No.08 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 2018 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X-cum- Special Judge (Vig.), Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as a Revenue Clerk (Karamchari) in Circle Office, Gawan and the allegations are made that the petitioner has demanded a sum of Rs.50,000/-, however, in the trap Rs.20,000/- has been recovered from the petitioner. He 2025:JHHC:29730 --2-- B.A. No. 8654 of 2025 further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2025 and the charge-sheet has been submitted now. He then submits that if the regular bail will be granted the petitioner will not tamper with the evidence. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the ACB opposes the prayer and submits that from the possession of the petitioner money has been recovered. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2025 and charge-sheet has been submitted now and the petitioner will not tamper with the evidence if regular bail is granted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X- cum-Special Judge (Vig.), Dhanbad in connection with A.C.B.
