During the course of deliberation, Mr. Chistie has produced one order dated 24.11.2025 passed by the Director of Secondary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati Page No.# 2/2 and on the basis of the said order, Mr. Chistie submits that the order of this Court dated 12.06.2025 passed in WP(C) No.1514/2024 has been complied with. Mr. Chistie further submits that a copy of the order has already been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this contempt petition may be closed, as the order of this Court has already been complied with. Accordingly, taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this contempt petition stands closed.
