The present petition seeks quashing of FIR no. 608/2023 dated 30th August, 2023 registered under Sections 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 18601 at P.S. Tilak Nagar. Subsequently, a chargesheet was also filed qua the Petitioner, under Sections 354, 509, 323, 341, 506, 34 and 354B of the IPC. 2. Counsel for Petitioner states that by order dated 23rd April, 2025 passed by the Trial Court, the Petitioner has been discharged for the offences under which he had been chargesheeted. A copy of the order has been handed over across the board and is taken on record. 3. In light of the above, the relief sought in the present petition is rendered infructuous. 4.
