Also heard Ms. S. H. Bora, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioners, who are apprehending arrest in connection with Bilasipara P.S. Case No. 195/2025, under Sections 329(4)/118(2)/117(4)/109 /309(4) of BNS. 3. All the petitioners were granted interim pre-arrest bail by this Court vide order dated 19.07.2025. 4. Ms. S. H. Bora, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent submits that in the meantime, upon completion of investigation, the case has been charge-sheeted vide C.S. No. 201/2025 dated 17.08.2025. 5. In view of the completion of investigation, the interim bail granted to the aforesaid petitioner vide order dated 19.07.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject, of course, to the following conditions:- (i) he shall be available for the trial, if one commences and shall appear before the learned Court below and Trial Court regularly, (ii) he shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence. (iii) That the accused person shall not misuse his liberty to commit any offences or any illegal activities, Page No.# 4/4 6. Violation of any bail condition will entail cancellation of the bail. 7.
