The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the condition of the petitioner is still in critical, but he is slowly recuperating he needs one more month for intensive critical care for his aliments. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim bail granted on 25.07.2025 to the petitioner is extended for one more month.
