This is an application filed for impleadment of the opposite party No.5 to the Page No.# 4/4 accompanying contempt application on the ground that the opposite party No.4 is no longer the District Commissioner, Cachar and the opposite party No.5 is the present incumbent, District Commissioner, Cachar. 3. Considering the above, it is the opinion of this Court that the opposite party No.5 be arrayed as the respondent No.5 in the accompanying contempt application. 4. The petitioner is directed to file a fresh memo of parties in the accompanying contempt application before the Registry of this Court and the Registry on the basis of the said memo of parties along with the instant order shall make the necessary correction in the cause-title of the contempt application and update the same in the CIS. 5.
