The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent Nagar Palika Parishad Ghazipur to decide appeal of petitioner under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (contained in Annexure No.8 to writ petition) within stipulated period;" 3. Learned counsel for respondent no.5 submits that respondent no.5 would decide the RTI application of the petitioner within a period of one month and shall communicate the order to the petitioner. 4. In view of statement made by learned counsel for respondent no.5, let the RTI application of the petitioner be decided by respondent No.5-Nagar Panchayat Dildarnagar, District Ghazipur within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5.
