Versus Manoj Kumar Gupta, under Chapter XVII Section 142 read with Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act of 1881, Read with Provision of Chapter XV of Cr.P.C.-1973, on the ground that summonses have been issued by the Court at Lucknow and he would like to prefer proceedings before the Lucknow Bench of this Court. 2. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 3. The present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh before appropriate Court. 4.
