The Rajput Regiment Centre vs. Champa Devi & Ors.
CMP(M) No. 1912 of 2024 13.05.2025 Present: Mr. K. D. Sood, Sr. Advocate with Mr. Mukul Sood, Advocate, for the applicant/ appellant. None for the respondents. Respondent No. 6 stands served. Even though in the
order dated 06.05.2025, it was noticed that notices issued for the service of respondent No. 6 were awaited. However, during the later part of the day, the summons were received back duly served and it is evident from the notice issued by this Court that respondent No. 6 stands served on
01.05.2025. However, there is no representation on her behalf. For the reasons set out in the application coupled with the order passed by this Court on 29.11.2024, we find sufficient cause to condone the delay of 291 days that has crept up in filing of the appeal. Application stands disposed of. CMP No. 22859 of 2024 Interim order dated 29.11.2024 is made absolute during the pendency of the appeal. Application stands
disposed of.
FAO (FC) No. ______ of 2025 Appeal be registered. Admit. Actual date notices be issued for the service of unserved respondents at the time of final hearing. (Tarlok Singh Chauhan)
