2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 382 of 2024 arising out of Purbi Tundi P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Dhanbad.
3. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased Sunita Dhiwar who died in her matrimonial home due to asphyxia because of hanging.
4. It was submitted that though, FIR was registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, but charge has been framed under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.
5. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the accused persons used to torture the deceased, due to which she committed suicide.
6. There is general allegation against all the accused persons and the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased.
7. In view of the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Dhanbad in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 382 of 2024 arising out of Purbi Tundi P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024.
