A case has been regI'Stered against the Petitioner and Others for the offence under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. 3. The case of the prosecution is that: On 31.10.2024 at about ll.00hours, on receipt of credible information regarding illegal possession and transportation of ganja, s.I of Police, Tada Police Station, along with staff reached parking place of Tada Railway Station and found Al to A4 -ln suspicious circumstances. On enquiry, Al to A4 revealed their identI'ty Partl'Culars and police seized 46kgs of ganja from their possession. police arrested them and got them remanded to judicial custody on 31.10.2024. 4.
