PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court Made the Following Order: The instant petition under Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed by the petitioner herein/Accused No.1, seeking quashment of proceedings against her in C.C.No.212 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Addanki, for the offences under Sections 120(B), 193, 342, 420, 421, 427, 449 and 464 read with 34 IPC. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1/State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court and by giving liberty to the petitioner to raise such contentions before the trial Court in defence. 4. Considering the submissions made, the criminal petition is disposed of and the petitioner is at liberty to raise the present contentions before the trial Court in her defence. However, the presence of the petitioner/Accused No.1 before the trial Court is dispensed with, except on the specific dates as directed by the trial Court.
