ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not following the orders of this Honorable High Court passed in CRLP No. 3006 of 2018 Dated 19.03.2018 as well as the verdict passed by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs State of Bihar reported in 2014 (2) ALT(Crl) 457(SC) while investigating the Case in FIR No. 24 of 2018 Dated. 25.01.2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent station as illegal, arbitrary, as well as abuse of power of Police and also contemptuous in nature consequentially direct the 3rd respondent to scrupulously follow the orders passed by this Honorable Court in CRLP No. 3006 of 2018 Dated 19.03.2018 as well as the Verdict of the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs State of Bihar, reported in 2014(2) ALT(Crl) 457(SC) while investigating the case in FIR No. 24 of 2018 Dated 25.01.2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent police station and to pass……”
2. Sri V.Sai Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per the instructions received from the party, they wanted to withdraw this Writ Petition.
