Verma, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for the non- applicants/respondents. While placing on record communication dated 30.08.2025, issued under the signatures of Dy. Director School Education (Ele.) Shimla, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that in terms of directions contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, respondents, after having considered the case of the petitioner in light of Mohit Sharma’s, have decided to give benefits in terms of Mohit Sharma’s judgment. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed with a direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, flowing from the aforesaid
compliance are released expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from today. September 26, 2025
