This writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioners-plaintiffs challenging the order dated 16.04.2024 passed by the City Civil Judge, Bangalore, on application filed under Order 6 Rule 17 of CPC in O.S.No.5215/2023. 2. During the pendency of this petition, at the request of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter was referred to the Karnataka Mediation Centre, Bangalore. However, the parties have settled the matter before the Mediation Centre on 16.10.2024 and filed a Memorandum of Settlement under Section 89 of CPC read with Rules 24 and 25 of Karnataka Procedure (Mediation) Rules, 2005. The report submitted by the Mediation Centre along with Memorandum of Settlement is filed before this Court. 3. In view of the above, the writ petition does not survive for consideration. Registry is directed to transmit the report submitted by the Mediation Centre and Memorandum of settlement along with the copy of this order to the concerned Trial Court. 5.
