Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kowali P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 272/273/290 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(a) of the Excise Act, pending in the court of Sri Pawan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. On 05.01.2024, Kowali Police raided the house of the petitioner and on search, 70 boxes of English liquor were seized. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since last six months. 5. Mr. Achinto Sen, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Pawan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Kowali P.S.
