JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 02-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the Informant and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 167 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 323, 341, 379, 354B, 324, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Considering the allegations levelled against the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16350 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/3 petitioner nos. 1 and 2 that they have assaulted the victim with a sharp edged weapon, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos. 1 and 2. 4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with regard to petitioner nos. 1 and 2 with liberty to the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 to surrender and pray for regular bail. 5. So far as petitioner no. 3 is concerned, he is said to have assaulted the victim woman whereas petitioner nos. 4 to six are women. 6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against petitioner nos. 3 to 6, their application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. 7. Let the petitioner nos. 3 to 6, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 167 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS. 8. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16350 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 3/3 petitioner nos. 1 and 2 is dismissed and the anticipatory bail application of petitioner nos. 3 to 6 is allowed. Vikas/- (Sandeep Kumar, J) U
