The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Katkamdag PS Case No.51 of 2024, for offence registered under section 147, 148, 323, 325, 307,341, 379, 504, 506 IPC, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and he submits that all the accused persons including the informant were enjoying the music and, in the meantime, scuffle took place and further the good sense has prevailed between the parties and compromise has been reached and the learned counsel refers to Annexure-2 which is joint compromise petition and one of the coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.1739 of 2025. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that injury received and that is grievous in nature. 5. Considering that there are case and counter case between the parties and compromise has been reached between the parties in light of Annexure-2 which is joint compromise petition and one of the coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.1739 of 2025, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners. 6. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hazaribagh, in connection with Katkamdag PS Case No.51 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
