(ii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate order quashing/setting aside the FIR dated 03.04.2022 bearing Crime No. 147/2022 registered before Police Station, Surajpur, Surajpur, Chhattisgarh, in the ends of justice. (iii) That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, may kindly be awarded.” 3 At the outset, Mr. Jaiswal, learned State counsel submits that this petition has been rendered infructuous as the trial has already concluded and the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges vide order dated 24.02.2023. 4 In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
