1. Heard Mr. M.Z. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S. M. T. Chistie, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 & 3.
2. This Court, vide order dated 22/02/2022, had directed the Director of Secondary Education, Assam, as well as the Principal of the Borthal Doloigaon Higher Secondary School, Morigaon, to do the needful, for sending the service particulars of the petitioner before the District Scrutiny Committee, Morigaon, within a period of 15 days. The District Scrutiny Committee was to pass a reasoned order within a further period of 15 days thereafter.
3. Mr. Chistie submits that the said directions have been complied with by way of District Scrutiny Committee meeting Minutes dated 16/06/2023. He also submits that the reasoned order has been made on 16/11/2023 by the Inspector of Schools, MDC, Morigaon, Assam. He submits that the same is provided in the forwarding letter dated 27/11/2025 issued by the Director, Secondary Education, Assam. The counsel for the respondents submits that in view of the above, the contempt petition can be closed.
4. On considering the forwarding letter dated 27/11/2025 issued by the Director of Secondary Education, Assam, meeting minutes dated 16/06/2023 of the
