Petitioners’ grievance is that their respective representations dated 03.07.2025 & 05.07.2025 [Annexure P-2 (Colly)] seeking applicability of Madan Lal Sharma Vs. State of H.P. & Anr.2 have not been decided till date by the respondents/competent authority. Having regard to the above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioners, in accordance with law and as well as taking into consideration the above judgment in case of Madan Lal Sharma2, within a period of six weeks from today.
