When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that the petitioners have not turned up to the police station for furnishing relevant documents, as such, no crime has been registered. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it is a case of cheating. The alleged persons have sold the plots claiming that they are the owners of the property without having such title. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to recourse their remedies before the appropriate forum according to law.
