The case of the petitioner is that he, being an AAY Class Govt. Contractor came to be allotted the tender for Construction and Maintenance of (Balance Work) from Chakri to Kalihand Package No: JK04-174, Phase VIII, Stage4-II, Block DOda, District Doda (Length 10.820 kms), vide Letter of Acceptance No.PMGSY/SE/B/235-41 dated 27.04.2021 issued by respondent No.3 for an amount of Rs.258.10 lacs which was followed by agreement dated 27.04.2021. 02. Petitioner is aggrieved of Order No.CEJ/PMGSY/292-96 dated 04.04.2024, vide which respondent No.2 has terminated the aforesaid contract allotted to the petitioner. 03. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after brief submissions, has submitted that petitioner has already made a representation to respondent No.2 with a request to allow him to go ahead with the maintenance of the road and in this respect he has also filed an affidavit. He submits that he shall be satisfied, if the Sr. No.100 2 respondents are directed to take a call on the said representation/application filed by the petitioner. 04. Having regard to the limited nature of controversy and innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation/application made by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date copy of this order along with copy of writ petition and documents is made available to them. 05.
