Learned counsel appearing for the appellant/owner in both the appeals submits that the appellant/owner has compromised the matter with the claimants/respondents and the claimants/respondents are satisfied with the amount which has been given to them by the appellant/owner in 3 compromise, as such the appellant/owner does not want to pursue the cases any more. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the claimants also endorse the same and has submitted that the matter in dispute has already been settled outside the Court and the claimants are satisfied with the final settlement arrived between the claimants and the owner of the vehicle. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the insurance company submits that in both the cases the insurer has already been exonerated by the Claims Tribunal. 4. In view of the submissions made, both the appeals are dismissed as having become infructuous on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.
