Shri Mata Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has awarded penalty of censure entry. He has filed an appeal against the order of penalty before the competent authority but to no avail. The only prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is that the appeal of the petitioner may be decided within a stipulated period of time. Shri Om Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 to 6 fairly submits the statutory appeal is liable to be decided by the competent authority in a reasonable time frame. In light of the submissions made at the Bar and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the appeal of the petitioner as per law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation.
