This writ petition was filed in the year 2017 challenging the order dated 27.03.2017, whereby petitioner’s representation for change of category was rejected by the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission. 5. Today, case is called out. Mr. Jitendra Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that by efflux of time, the relief sought do not survive, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. 6.
