(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has filed reply by way of affidavit dated 08.07.2025 of Sh. Rakesh Saini, Estate Officer-I, HSVP, Gurugram, which is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to the opposite side. Registry to do the needful. [2] Learned counsel for respondent No. 1-HSVP, while referring to the aforesaid affidavit dated 08.07.2025, submits that the petitioners have never been sought to be evicted. Relevant para-6 of the said affidavit is extracted hereunder:- “ 6. It is further submitted that at present the house of the petitioners had not been demolished and neither any Dinesh Kumar 2025.07.09 19:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document COCP No. 806 of 2025 (O&M) [2] order for demolition of the houses has been issued by the respondents office as alleged by the petitioners.” [3] In view of the above as well as averments made in the aforesaid affidavit, no cause survives in the present contempt petition and thus, the same is disposed off accordingly.
