Virender Singh, Judge (oral) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to deposit 20% of the amount of compensation, as ordered by the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Kinnaur at Rampur Bushehr, vide order dated 19.3.2025, passed in Cr. Appeal No. 21 of 2015, titled as, ‘Rahul Huddone versus Tarsem Negi’, within a period of two months, i.e. on or before 11.11.2025. 2. It is clarified that in case of non-compliance of order dated 19.3.2025, within the stipulated period, interim protection, granted to the applicant, will be withdrawn, without further reference to this Court, and in that 2 eventuality, the learned trial Court would be at liberty to proceed further, with the matter, in accordance with law. 3.
