The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 by the petitioner, namely, Apurba Mallik seeking regular bail in connection Page No.# 2/2 with Khetri P.S. Case No. 92/2025 under Section 103(1) of BNS, 2023. 3. The present petitioner is one of the three persons named in the FIR with the allegation that they have murdered the minor daughter of the informant. 4. The case diary was called for, but the learned Addl. PP submits that the case has already been charge sheeted. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will appear before the learned Trial Court for bail. 6. Accordingly, this bail application stands disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may approach the learned Trial Court seeking regular bail, which needless to say shall be disposed of after considering the materials and stage of the case.
