Petitioners filed a statutory revision before the 2nd respondent on 03.01.2023, against the proceedings of the Joint Collector vide SR.No.121/11(a)/82 CGR, dated 23.07.2022 (Ex.P1). Petitioners also filed an interlocutory application on 27.12.2024 (Ex.P2) requesting the 2nd respondent to admit the revision and to pass appropriate orders. 3 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the 2nd respondent has not disposed of the revision so far. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions would submit that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the revision as expeditiously as possible. 5. Given the facts and circumstances, without going into merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioners against the orders of the 3rd respondent vide SR.No.121/11(a)/82 CGR, dated 23.07.2022 (Ex.P1), as expeditiously as possible strictly as per the Rules.
