It is submitted at the Bar that during the pendency of this writ petition, vide order dated 14.07.2025, the claim of the petitioner for life time family pension has been Page No.# 3/3 finalized, but according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the arrear which the petitioner has claimed has not been decided as yet. 3. Having considered that the main issue for finalization of life time family pension has been settled, any other claim may be a new cause of action. Therefore, the writ petition is closed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again on any other issue, including the claim of arrear, if so advised.
