...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue a Writ, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No. 3 in not receive the petitioners complaint dated 06.05.2025 and to investigate the same against the Respondent No. 4 to 9 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of BNSS and consequently direct the 3rd respondent police to receive and take appropriate legal action on the complaint dated 06.05.2025 against the Respondent No. 4 to 9 by apprehending them and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the respondent No. 3 to receive and Register the petitioner’s complaint dated 06.05.2025 and to taken up the investigation forthwith by apprehending the Respondent No. 4 to 9 pending disposal of the Writ petition before this Hon’ble court, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“….to issue a Writ, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No. 3 in not receive the petitioners complaint dated 06.05.2025 and to investigate the same against the Respondent No. 4 to 9 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of BNSS and consequently direct the 3rd respondent police to receive and take appropriate legal action on the complaint dated 06.05.2025 against the Respondent No. 4 to 9 by apprehending them and to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri N.Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not receiving the complaint dated 06.05.2025 made by the petitioner.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner and the unofficial respondent were called to the police station for preliminary enquiry regarding the complaint made by the petitioner, they have reported before the police that they will approach elders for settlement of their issue. Thereafter, the petitioner has not called to the police station.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
