This is an application filed by the applicant who is a bidder in respect to Gelasinga Meen Mahal and is interested in the subject matter of the accompanying petition wherein appropriate directions have been sought for by the petitioner for settlement of the said Meen Mahal. 3. Taking into account the above, the applicant herein is impleaded as the respondent No.7 to the accompanying writ petition. 4.
