Mythereye Chandru Special Government Pleader ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking to examine the representation given by the petitioner on 12.11.2024. In the said representation, the petitioner had protested withholding of the post of B.T. Assistant (English) from the year 2022 onwards. The petitioner claims that the said post should have been extended to her and therefore, she should be granted that promotion and all service monetary benefits. 2. Instructions have been forwarded by the learned Special Government Pleader that the petitioner had completed her school education in Kerala and had not obtained marks as required in this State.
