ORDER:- Heard Sri P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and appearing for the learned Government Pleader for Endowments respondents. Challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the objections submitted by the petitioner vide representation dated 19-05-2025, the instant Writ Petition has been filed.

The petitioner claiming to be the class-l legal heir, contending that he is the grandson of an archaka in the 6^^ respondent temple, having acquired the required qualification in Agamashastras sought permission from the Endowment department for rendering archkatvam in the temple being the legal heir of Poojari Bellamkonda Lakshmaiah, after the demise of the said Lakshmaiah. Sri Poojari Pardhasaradhi, 7**^ respondent herein, the brother of the petitioner’s grandfather approached the respondents by way of a representation to recognize him and to enter his name in the register under Section 43 of the AP Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowment Act, 1987 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’) as Archaka of the temple, and also filed a Writ Petition before this Court. The said Writ Petition was disposed of directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner/7^^ respondent herein within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

4 The petitioner’s grievance and apprehension is that, to the said representation of the 7*^ respondent herein, the petitioner has also submitted his objections however the respondents may not take them into
consideration.
4. Having regard to the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with the following directions.
5. nd Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2 respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.05.2025 in accordance with law after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall
6. be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
