By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "(i) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct to the respondents to passed the order in favour of the petitioner and cancelled the transfer order dated 23.06.2023 (Annexure P/1) and according to the policy of the state Government dated 12.08.2022 as well as in the light of recommendation passed by respondent no. 2 on dated 08.05.2023. (ii) Cost of petitioner the petition may also be granted to the petitioner. (iii) That, any other relief, which the petitioner is entitled and this Hon'ble court deems it fit may kindly, be granted to the petitioner." 3. Vide order dated 6.7.2023, the petitioner was granted stay by this Court. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner 3 is still continuing at his original place of posting, as such, by the afflux of time the said order, has lost its efficacy and as such the order dated 23.6.2023 is required to be quashed and accordingly the said order under challenge is hereby quashed. 5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order. 6.
